STARTING RATES
These are starting nightly rates. The exact rate may vary depending on your stay dates.
The Whole Bungalow · five bedrooms, up to 15 guests — from ₹80,000 a night
The South Bungalow · three bedrooms, up to 8 guests — from ₹48,000 a night
The North Bungalow · two bedrooms, up to 7 guests — from ₹40,000 a night
Rates include GST, breakfast, house staff on site, daily housekeeping, parking, Wi-Fi, bicycles, room heaters, hot water, bed linen, towels and toiletries. Lunch, dinner, tiffin, snacks, grill, wood-fired pizzas, laundry, taxis and transfers are available on request and charged separately. A refundable security deposit of 10% of the stay is taken at check-in.

The Bungalow Manager and team are on site to help with arrival walkthroughs, taxis, transfers, bonfire setup, pizza oven setup, local arrangements, concierge help, and practical questions during the stay.

The house is looked after through the day, with daily housekeeping, laundry service, fresh towels, luggage help, and house staff on site.

Our chef and the bungalow team are on site through your stay; breakfast is included, and every meal — tiffin, lunch, dinner, grill, wood-fired pizza — is made to order in the bungalow kitchen, with food cooked in the spirit of a home kitchen: fresh, generous, and made with care.
Tea, coffee, and pantry access are available through the day, and meals can be served indoors, outside, or to your room.

BOOKING PROCESS
Booking on request
The Dunnottar is booked on request. Choose your dates and send the booking through. Nothing is charged until we confirm your stay, usually within a day.
Payment
Once your booking is confirmed, full payment secures your dates.
Cancellation
Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival are refunded in full.
Within 30 days of arrival, payment is non-refundable. If your plans change, please write to us; while we cannot offer a refund, we will do our best to move your stay to new dates, subject to availability.
Security hold
A refundable hold of 10% of the booking value is placed on your card on the day of arrival and released after departure, subject to the house being returned in good condition.
